There are a number of events on in Kinsale over the coming week, kicking off with a Coffee Morning in aid of Kinsale Scout Group at the Temperance Hall on Saturday 18th February from 10am-2pm. Donations of baking and support are greatly appreciated!
On Sunday 19th February Actons Hotel Wedding Fair takes place from 2pm-5.30pm with a number of fantastic exhibitors to help you make all your wedding planning decisions on one day.
Tuesday 21st February is the deadline for voting online for Gaelscoil Cionn tSáile’s Juliette Mackintosh and Archie O’Callaghan in the Doodle 4 Google competition. See this link for further information.
Also on Tuesday 21st, the launch of Bank of Ireland Kinsale Enterprise Town takes place at The Blue Haven from 6.15pm – all businesses invited to hear all about this exciting project.
On Thursday 23rd February there will be a Public Meeting at 7.30pm at Actons Hotel for Kinsale Community First Responders. All welcome.
For Father Ted Lovers, the Blue Haven hosts a fun evening of entertainment with Fathers Damo, Stone and McLove on 23rd Februrary at 8pm. Tickets €15.
Music-wise, it’s TGIF! Cocktail tonight Friday 17th February at Sam’s Bar with live music by the Forget Me Nots. Billy Crosbie’s Piano Bar @ The Marina Lounge at Vista kicks off at 8pm and The Tomcats play The Folkhouse at 10.30pm.
On Saturday 18th February, Grainne Ryan plays at Sam’s Bar, Blue Steel play the White House from 10.30pm, Arklight plays the Blue Haven at 10pm, with DJ Niall at Hamlets from 10.30pm. King K play the Folkhouse at 10pm and DJ Sean plays the Bacchus 11.30pm
The Trad Sessions are a regular fixture at The Blue Haven at 8.30pm on Sunday nights while King K has a residency at the Folkhouse at 9pm on Sundays and the Americhanics play Sam’s Bar.
