Welcome to the Kinsale Vintage Rally this Weekend!

May has been a busy month in Kinsale with the Emergency Medical Services gathering on Thursday 5th and Friday 5th May at Actons and The Trident Hotels. Welcome to all delegates who have participated in a number of workshops, demonstrations and events.

The  Annual Blue Haven Kinsale Vintage Rally takes place this weekend, with over 120 amazing vintage cars on display, it is a fun filled family weekend for everyone!

Following the twinning of Kinsale with the Welsh town of Mumbles in 1990, KVCMC also decided to twin with the town’s own car club, The Swansea Historic Vehicle Register. Each year see’s large numbers of SHVR members make the trip to Kinsale for the May rally, a gesture that is returned each July when the club makes the return trip to Swansea.

Kinsale Vintage & Classic Motor Club originally established in 1988 by a group of classic car enthusiasts, the club has since grown to a current membership of over 120 members. All members share a common passion –their love of driving and preserving the classic cars. Indeed one could ask for no better setting than the historic town of Kinsale and the surrounding beauty of the West Cork countryside.
