Loula Natural runs classes and one to one sessions with Louise Kane Buckley. Louise is Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist (ND and= NTP) practicing for over a decade with a further background in functional movement training as a Personal Trainer. Her busy practice runs out of her office in the Kinsale Commercial Park. Louise is passionate about using nature and natural processes to heal, nurture and strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. She works extensively treating whole families and enjoys giving clients back control and responsibility for their body, mind, and emotions.
A Naturopath will have a toolbox of natural methods to draw upon. They will use look at the person as a whole and rather than treat symptoms and will observe the bigger picture to help interpret the signals the body sends us. By serving the body systems and treating the cause, whole-body strength and health can be found. She draws on food as medicine especially fermented foods and drinks, herbs, Bach Flower Remedies as well as tools like Emotion Freedom Technique (tapping) and Reiki where appropriate.
Louise uses her depth of knowledge and experience to run the following services Monday to Friday (email for appointment):
* One to one sessions
* Health classes and talks to schools, corporations and private groups
* Mindfulness classes
* Fermentation classes
* Core strength classes
