The KRFC have underage teams from U-6 all the way up to U-19. Girls/Women are welcome to play at any level. They have two Junior Men’s teams – the 1st team competes in Division 2 of the Munster Junior League.

Kinsale RFC is home to Europe’s Largest Rugby Sevens event, Heineken Kinsale Sevens, which is held at the Snugmore grounds every May. They’ll be back in action on the May Bank Holiday weekend in 2021.
