Market Place Surgery have two purpose built general practice premises with ground floor entrance. The main surgery is in the town centre at Market Place and they are also conveniently located in the grounds of Haven Bay Care Centre (close to Kinsale Community school).  

New patients are most welcome to join the practice.  If you would like to register as a patient with them please contact reception with your contact details.  At your first visit with the doctor they can then complete a transfer of medical records request form to arrange for all your records to be sent to the surgery from your former GP.

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, they have introduced a number of changes at the surgery which are designed to protect both patients and staff. 

The surgery is still open to provide a service, however care provided by the surgery has changed and a telephone consultation may be in place of, or in advance of, a face-to-face consultation with the GP. Please be assured that the same high standard of care will be provided and it is important that patients contact the surgery with any health concerns.
