Bastion is ever-evolving, they strive to keep improving their food & wine offering from year to year.  The restaurant offers their guests a discovery four course tasting menu and a ten course tasting menu, with optional wine flights. They aim to provide the best service their small team can offer.

The award winning restaurant has an extensive ever changing wine list, recent additions being our prestigious English sparkling Nyetimber & local apple ice wine from Killahora, East Cork, 

Bastion make everything they serve in house from the bread at the start of your meal to the sweet treat served at the end.

The entire staff at Bastion take pride in giving customers the best possible experience they can, once you come through their doors it is their mission to make you feel like time has stopped for a little while.
