1. Visit Charles Fort

Charles Fort is one of Europe’s most spectacular forts and is a near perfect example of a 17th Century star-shaped fort, much of the construction begun in 1678 still remains. The fort sits on cliffs near Summercove and the Bulman and has amazing panoramic views looking out to the town and out to the horizon.
