Visitors to Cosy Café only have to look at the photos on the suppliers wall to realise just how fresh the food here. The eggs are from Beechwood Farm, the greens for the café’s range of salads from horizon Farm, and the shellfish and smoked salmon from Haven Shellfish. These are just a few of those posted on the “sustainability” wall of frame.
