Restoring Balance-Building Resilience

Join us for a nourishing day of understanding and restoring your nervous system through mindfulness and movement with Valerie Wistreich and Catherine Dunne of The Well Institute. Valerie and Catherine have each been working in the field of stress, anxiety and trauma for over 20 years.
The day will provide an experiential and informative introduction to the working of the nervous system and how best to support and restore it.
Participants will be empowered to calm and soothe their nervous systems through the use of mindfulness and movement practices. The benefits of calming and soothing the nervous system are to reduce stress, relax, improve overall well-being and health. Learning to regulate the nervous system is the bedrock for building resilience.
The cost of the day is €90 incl. tea and coffee
