Moonrise by Sarah Crossan

Things a bright girl can do by Sally Nicholls

Tuesdays are just as bad by Cethan Leahy

The sun is also a star by Nicola Yoon

Get your kids to join in the discussion by reading some of the books before the event.

Sarah has set up a website www.sarahsbookproject.com to promote her “Let’s get reading” campaign. Her proposals include an innovative book cloud-trust programme, and Sarah has met with Government Leaders and submitted a research paper to the Oireachtas. Her research is aimed at bucking current trend amongst teens who are reading less and allocating more time to devices and mobile phones . She also appeared in the RTE Late Late Toy Show in December 2017 as a book reviewer.
