People are beginning to move towards a more plant-based diet for both health and environmental reasons. During this demonstration, David will cook a wide variety of vegetable based dishes showing you how easy it can be to get more vegetables into your diet without compromising on flavour.
Vegetarian food is on the increase and the health benefits by increasing vegetables in your diet can be life changing. This class is all about the celebration of vegetables. Indeed the true test of good vegetarian food is when you don’t even notice meat is missing. During this one day course we will discuss the importance of sourcing your vegetables and look at the pros and cons of eating vegetables that are in season. We will cook a variety of different dishes and show you how you can make vegetarian meals a main part of your diet.
